Dr. Godwin Ehigiamusoe is an accomplished social entrepreneur and a foremost Microfinance practitioner who has applied the concept of social enterprise to successfully build a number of enterprises which address the needs of persons and businesses at the bottom end of the society.  His business interests span microfinance, micro-insurance, micro-leasing, healthcare and education.

Elizabeth Ngozi Ehigiamusoe

Mrs. Ehigiamusoe is the Managing Director of Micro-Investment Support Services Limited (MISS) and currently the chairperson of the LAPO Board of Directors. She holds an M.Sc. degree in Financial Management (2011) and B.Sc. degree in Accounting (2007) from the University of Benin, Nigeria.

Dr Adeleye is an associate professor with the Department of Community Health, School of Medicine, College of Medical Sciences, University of Benin and a Consultant Community Health physician with the University of Benin Teaching Hospital (UBTH). He coordinates the Residency (Postgraduate) Training programme of UBTH

Thorpe heads the Alternative Delivery Channel (ADC) Group in LAPO Microfinance Bank Limited and has background in information technology, project management, financial services and customer relationship.
