His business interests span microfinance, micro-insurance, micro-leasing, healthcare and education.
Elizabeth Ngozi Ehigiamusoe
Mrs. Ehigiamusoe is the Managing Director of Micro-Investment Support Services Limited (MISS) and currently the chairperson of the LAPO Board of Directors. She holds an M.Sc. degree in Financial Management (2011) and B.Sc. degree in Accounting (2007) from the University of Benin, Nigeria.

Dr Adeleye is an associate professor with the Department of Community Health, School of Medicine, College of Medical Sciences, University of Benin and a Consultant Community Health physician with the University of Benin Teaching Hospital (UBTH).
