Dorcas Osahenrumwen Thorpe

Thorpe heads the Alternative Delivery Channel (ADC) Group in LAPO Microfinance Bank Limited and has background in information technology, project management, financial services and customer relationship. She holds an MSc. degree in Computer Information and Networks from the University of Essex, United Kingdom (2013) and B.Sc. degree in Information Technology and Networking from the Middlesex University, United Kingdom (2011).

A member of the Institute of Customer Relationship Management and the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria, she is skilful in Agent Network Management, Project Management and Customer Relationship Management, Creative Designs and Software Development. Her achievements include launching the Agent Banking Operations of LAPO MfB and using cards for financial transactions.
